Neil is an experienced healthcare industry professional with more than 37 years in the international environment, spanning strategic operational and transformational change management roles. Primarily working for major pharmaceutical companies as well as within the biotechnology, medical device and consulting space, Neil is ideally positioned to support and drive recruiting opportunities whether solely US-based or Global in scope.
Leading and shaping teams across diverse cultures has been at the core of his learning journey. Securing and driving organisational clarity and function has been a key deliverable in his roles. His practical experience and understanding of the commercial environment and the challenges that senior management face in the placement of high value individuals and teams, is invaluable for delivering success against any recruitment challenge.

Neil is based on the East Coast of the US, at the ready to support the needs of clients as the sole representative of Virdis Group in the US, while also providing insights and advice to organisations planning to expand or establish operations in Europe, as needed.
Neil has a BSc in Biological Sciences, as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Leeds University in the UK.
