Leaders, more than ever before, need to learn to dissect conflict to try and help prevent the escalation of an unwanted situation.
About this Event
The global pandemic has made leaders reconsider their ability and efficiency in managing conflict. Sometimes they may be drawn, unknowingly, into an unwanted situation at the edge of conflict. With little desire to add to their pandemic stress, zoom fatigue and, with already little space to re-energise, they may find themselves wishing that they could rewind certain situations. Leaders, more than ever before, need to learn to dissect the mechanism of conflict to try and help prevent the escalation of an unwanted situation.
